Support - AiP SafeHappy customers are our priority. We approach every client individually. We try to handle all possible

problems as effectively as possible, trying to prevent

all negative consequences for the customer.


After completion an implementation and launching the routine running of the delivered system, we recommend signing a maintenance contract.

The Maintenance Contract specifies conditions, availability and other properties of provided services. Usually, the following items are involved:

  • Technical support by providing Helpline services
  • Assigning an AiP Safe employee for caring for the needs of the respective customer
  • Assigning a unique e-mail address for electronic communication
  • Software Update and Upgrade

Optionally, the following services can be included:

  • Consulting, analytical, customizing, and/or project management services
  • Creating and Maintenance of Documentation

Usually, technical support is provided by using the following means:

  • Remote Access
  • Visits of AIP Safe employees
  • Consulting by e-mail (preferred), or by phone
